We confirm the brief, location details and requirements for photography, videography, Matterport or drone work. Then Book a suitable time and date, Sometimes even requiring a day to come over and plan the shoot in advance
02. Planning
We plan access, timing, permissions and equipment to ensure the work is carried out efficiently and correctly. This can be done on a separate day, or the day of the shoot
03. Capture
Visual content is captured on site using professional equipment and established workflows.
04. Processing
Images, video and scans are processed and edited carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
05. Delivery
Final files are supplied in the required formats, ready for use across marketing, listings or internal platforms, this can be done on your chosen file sharing system or we use a standard system like OneDrive and or WeTransfer

We plan each shoot based on how the space will be used and viewed. This includes camera positioning, lighting conditions, movement paths and capture order to avoid distortion or misrepresentation.
How do you plan drone work in built-up or restricted areas?
Drone work is assessed in advance, including airspace considerations, surroundings and safety requirements. Flights are planned to comply with UK regulations and minimise risk or disruption.
What level of preparation is needed before a shoot?
Preparation depends on the service, but typically includes confirming access, understanding the intended use of the content and ensuring the space is ready for capture. Clear preparation helps avoid delays and reshoots. We highly recommend to Clean and Tidy the entire space the night before the shoot.
How do you ensure consistency across multiple locations or projects?
We follow the same core process, equipment standards and delivery checks across all projects. This helps maintain consistent results, even when working across different sites.
Do you work to specific brand or marketing guidelines?
Yes. Where guidelines are provided, capture and processing are aligned to ensure visuals remain consistent with existing branding or campaigns.
